1. How do you charge for your services?
The initial half hour consultation is complimentary.  I charge an hourly rate with a  minimum of a two hour consultation.  I do not charge for travel time up to 30 minutes away.  A retainer is required for work done off premises.

2. Are you bonded and insured?
Yes,  Personal Affairs Administrator, Inc. is bonded from Western Surety Company and carries Professional Liability Insurance (Errors & Omissions)  through Lloyds of London, the official insurer for members of AADMM – the Association of Daily Money Managers

3. Will I lose my control if I hire Personal Affairs Administrator?
Absolutely not,  the client always has access and control over all of his/her accounts and records.  Everything from bill paying to organizing will be done based on your preferences and needs.

4. What is your confidentiality policy?
I take your privacy and that of your loved ones very seriously.  I respect and adhere to the AADMM’s high Code of Ethics as well as the Standards of Practice.  This includes respect, professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, dignity, etc.

5. What is your background?
I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals and companies creating and managing budgets, organizing filing systems,  bill paying and record keeping.   I have a BS degree from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.  I am a proud member of AADMM - the industry’s professional association for Daily Money Managers and the Orion Resource Group.

6.  Do your services replace my accountant, lawyer and financial advisor?
No, my services do not replace your other professionals.  I function as your advocate and work together with them, acting as a liaison between you and your other advisors.  I do not provide tax, legal or investment or financial advice.
